If you need to make a change or cancel your order, then you can only do this within 15 minutes of placing your order. Unfortunately, if we have already begun processing your order, we are unable to cancel it and you will be liable for the cost of returning the unwanted items.
If you wish to return a product to us, you may do so within 14 days of the dispatch date to our return address (please see below). The item MUST be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging . We'll refund or exchange the item should you so wish.
We do not provide a free returns service and cannot refund postage costs or the original delivery charge unless the item has arrived damaged. We cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transport so please ensure you wrap all items securely for transportation. Please also retain your proof of postage. All Refunds will be paid within 14 days.
Before processing the return, please email us with your order number, your order details and the reason of return at email@example.com.
Hygiene and our staff/customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned both online and in-store for refunds including:
Bubble CiTea Reusable Cup if the packaging is opened or the item is used, unless it has any obvious damage.
Bubble CiTea Socks if they are not in the original packaging and were worn.
Bubble CiTea Metal straw can't be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
